Task:

Drilling and milling of cast basin after automated loading by robot

Solution:

wivelling table solution - the working space will be completely rotated for loading and unloading.
Due to this feature the machining centre is much shorter than other double place machining centres with side-by-side editing.

Special feature:

• space-saving swivel table solution, which enables the processing of a workpiece during the next workpiece is prepared on the back
• pure water cooling, no use of cooling lubricants
• to avoid corrosion the working space is lined with stainless steel
