AXA stands for precision
AXA takes a holistic approach to ensuring precision in machine production. From the very first work step, everything revolves around a perfect result and manual work plays a major role in this.
The video shows just three examples and thus a fraction of all the work steps:
Precision 1: The machine bed is precisely aligned with the precision spirit level so that the machine stand can be optimally positioned. The slightest unevenness could lead to inaccuracies later on - and these are taboo for us.
Precision 2: The base for the guideways is scraped and sanded by hand by our specialists to achieve optimum surface quality. This traditional technique ensures that the guideways are perfectly aligned, which is crucial for the functionality of the machines.
Precision 3: We use state-of-the-art laser measurement technology. This enables highly accurate inspection of the manufactured components and ensures that all dimensions are within the specified tolerances. The assembled precision steel guides are thus precisely measured and aligned. Specially manufactured sliding blocks ensure the final alignment of the guideways and guarantee our claim to 100% precision.
