Large machining centres cannot always be installed easily in every production hall. Restricted approach routes, narrow factory doors or limited space for manoeuvring can make moving the machine into position a challenge.

AXA offers its customers the option of a split machine bed. The machine base is designed during the engineering stage so that the machine can be split along its entire length to facilitate transport and positioning at the installation site.
